I can finally tell you what I have been building
I have been saying for a while that I am trying to help people become more values-driven.
That was true.
It was also me trying to explain something I was still building and was not quite ready to name publicly.
I can name it now.
VALDEN.
VALDEN is a values-driven way of life built on character, responsibility, community and service.
It brings together work that may previously have looked separate. The Sean Method, PRIME-ACT®, FIRE-UP™ and some of the community work that has shaped my thinking — even Hegarty House.
They keep returning to the same belief.
Values should become visible somewhere.
They should affect how we behave, the choices we make, the way we treat people and what we are prepared to take responsibility for.
Circle Networks LIVE 2026 is where I am sharing VALDEN publicly for the first time.
I do not think that means arriving with every answer neatly finished. It means being honest about what I am building, opening the gateway and inviting the right people into what happens next.
The Valden Network will be that gateway.
It is being built as a development environment for values-driven people who want to grow, contribute and serve—not simply as another place to hold a membership.
There is more to explain.
For now, the thought below is probably the best place to begin.
